The reporting dashboard provides the opportunity to create a custom made report which is automatically sent to one or more specific email address(es) as an Excel file. By using filters it becomes possible to design a report with only the essentials. This guide provides a step-by-step explanation on how to create a product and prepare it for sale
Step 1: Select right event
Go to ‘Manage’, where the right event can be selected.
Step 2: Open the Reporting Dashboard
After selecting the event, the ‘event dashboard’ page opens. Here you can click on ‘Reporting Dashboard’.
Step 3: Setting up a Schedule
Under the header ‘Filters’ on the left hand side, first add a period, after which you can schedule a report by clicking ‘Set up a Schedule’. Filters can be added to the report on the left hand side.
Step 4: Filter your report and choose your recipient(s)
After hitting ‘Set up a schedule’, it is possible to add the frequency of sending, the period in which the report will be send and the recipient(s). Click on ‘create schedule’ to complete the process and activate the automated report.
