For the integration of the Frontoffice on your website, it's important to copy the URL directly from the Frontoffice. When you open the link before copying it, the URL will automatically turn into a Flowlink. This Flowlink gives a customer 20 minutes to finish their order. After 20 minutes the session will expire and it will no langer be possible to buy tickets. This to make sure the ticketbuyer won't hold on to the tickets longer than expected.
How to solve this issue
This problem can be solved by copying the URL directly from the Backoffice. The URL is located underneath 'Frontoffice URL' in the event dashboard.
