When the error message above appears, it means that the wrong URL has been shared via an online channel; the so-called ‘Flowlink’. Because of this nobody will be able to access the Frontoffice to buy any tickets. This guide will describe what went wrong and how to solve this.

What causes this?
For the online sharing of the Frontoffice it’s necessary that the URL is copied directly from the Backoffice. As soon as a visitor undertakes an action in the Frontoffice, the URL will convert into a Flowlink. This Flowlink provides the customer 20 minutes in which they need to place an order. After 20 minutes the session will expire and the link can no longer be used to buy tickets. This prevents customers from holding on to tickets for too long.
This problem can be solved by always copying the URL directly from the Backoffice whenever this is shared. The correct URL can be found by clicking ‘Frontoffice URL’ in the Events dashboard.
