In case you’ve got different kinds of tickets for an event, it might well be that you need to sell some tickets earlier than others. This is why you can select different sales periods per individual product. This guide provides a step-by-step explanation of how you can set this up.
Step 1: Selecting the right event
Go to ‘Manage’, where the right event can be selected.
Step 2: Setting sales periods
Next, go to ‘Sales periods’. You can select sales periods for the whole event under ‘Sales period’. By using ‘Product sale period’ you can select this per product. Click ‘Save changes’ when everything is set.
Note: If you’re changing ‘Products sale period’, do make sure that the dates you enter fall within the ‘Sales period’ of the event. The period of the event is leading.
