How do I request Event Services?

When you would like to request Event Services during your event, you can send an email to your Account Manager. Please take a look at the following guidelines:

 

An event with a max. of 1500 visitors and 1 scangate

When you expect a max. of 1500 visitors, you’ll be able to scan with a laptop and a usb-scanner. To make a request, please send an email to your Account Manager with the requested materials, the amount of visitors that you expect and the adress on where you want to receive the equipment.

Your Account Manager will pick this up and make sure that the requested equipment will be delivered to you and retrieved from you.

 

NOTE: This request needs to be sent to your Account Manager at least two weeks before the event.

 

An event with a max. of 1500 visitors and multiple scangates

When you expect a max. of 1500 visitors, you’ll be able to scan with a laptop and a usb-scanner. When you decide to use more than 1 scangate, you have to make sure that your laptops will be synchronised with eachother. For this, you need a cabled internet connection. This is your own responsibility.

 

To make a request, please send an email to your Account Manager with the requested materials, the amount of visitors that you expect and the adress on where you want to receive the equipment.

Your Account Manager will pick this up and make sure that the requested equipment will be delivered to you and retrieved from you.

 

NOTE: This request needs to be sent to your Account Manager at least two weeks before the event.

 

An event with more than 1500 visitors

When you are organizing an event and you expect more than 1500 visitors, you can make a scanrequest. When you have filled this in, you can send it to your Account Manager. He/she will contact the Event Services department and they will take your request into consideration. When they have sorted out everything about your request, you’ll receive from your Account Manager a script about the event.

 

NOTE: This request needs to be sent to your Account Manager at least six weeks before the event.
