Ticketshop integration on Website

In the process of selling tickets you want the process of placing an order as short as possible in order to benefit the conversion ratio. In order to do so, we advise to integrate your Shop URL in your own website. This article will give you a simple step by step instruction on how to find that URL and how to get it up and running on your own website.

Requirements

  • Active Paylogic account with Backoffice
  • Published event with an online point of sale
  • Access to the back-end of the website for which you want to integrate the Ticketshop. 

 

Step 1: Select the preferred event

When you are logged in to the Backoffice, click on 'Manage' and select the event for which you want to integrate the Ticketshop.

Step 2: Go to the Frontoffice URL page

Step 3: Select the desired URL

Copy the desired URL from the this page. There are two types of URL's:

  • URL (The link to the actual ticketshop)
  • Link to the event agenda (The agenda shows an overview of all the events that are online)

Step 4: Copy the Frontoffice URL into the iFrame

 

In order to integrate the Frontoffice URL into your own website make use of the iframe and put that into the <body> of the HTML code.

Make sure to replace the "Paylogic_Frontoffice_URL1" with the URL you just copied from the Backoffice.

Step 5: Customize the position and width (if desired).

It is also possible to change the position of the iframe. This can be done by changing the width and height in the iFrame.
