Marketing tags help you identify (potential) fans and their behaviour on your website. The Marketing Tags feature allows you to integrate a tracking pixel into the Paylogic system. This pixel shares information from your visitors with corresponding platforms such as Facebook, Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
The Tags can be categorized in three different types. Each of these types have their own purpose:
Conversion Tags: You can measure the success of your online campaigns with this. It will determine how many tickets are sold because of a specific marketing action or offer.
Tracking Tags: These tags provide insight into the general online behaviour of your (potential) consumers. They follow every step your visitors take on your website and incorporate these steps in reports.
Remarketing Tags: These types of tags allow you to contact your visitors again after they quit at some point during the ordering process.

Step 1: Selecting the right event
Go to ‘Manage’, where the right event can be selected.
Step 2: Marketing Tags list
You need to select the header ‘Marketing Tags’ in the light grey bar, after which you will be directed to a page giving an overview of all the tags that can be integrated.
Step 3: Configuring a tracking pixel in the event
Select the desired option and configure the tracking pixels for an event by filling in the required fields.
Do you want to use the same tracking pixels for every event? Please contact us!
You can also configure the pixels on merchant level, so this pixel will be applied to every event. Please contact the Client Success Team about this.
