Your event has been created and published, now it’s all about selling as many tickets possible. Adding the Frontoffice to your Facebook page is a neat way to accomplish this. It’s possible to integrate Facebook like this if you have more than 2,000 likes on your page. Please use this article in case you have less than 2,000 likes. This guide provides a step-by-step explanation on how to integrate the ticket shop into your Facebook page
Step 1: Adding a custom tab to the Facebook page
Log on with the Facebook account that has access to the page into which you’d like to integrate the Frontoffice.
Go to: https://apps.facebook.com/static_html_plus/ and click ‘Add Static HTML Html to a Page’. This allows you to add an extra page to your Facebook page.
Step 2: Replacing ‘index.html’ with the iFrame code
Click on ‘set up tab’.
Replace the index.html code with the iFrame below.
Note: It’s essential to replace the text ‘Paylogic_FrontOffice_URL1’ with your own Paylogic Frontoffice URL.
Step 3: Changing the name of the tab
Rename the new tab as ‘Ticketshop’ or something similar. You can do this by clicking on ‘Settings’ in the top right corner, followed by ‘Edit settings’.
Step 5: Adjusting the location of the tab (if desired)
The location of the tab can be adjusted by moving it between the pages. This determines the order of what the visitors will see on the page.
