When we mention a ‘voucher shop’ within Paylogic we’re talking about an online ticket shop which doesn’t provide access without filling in a code/voucher. Within this shop you can offer, for example, exclusive presale tickets or tickets with a discount. This guide provides a step-by-step guide on how to create a voucher group and link voucher codes to a point of sale by doing this.
Step 1: Creating a point of sale with Voucher flow
First, you need to create a point of sale with the correct Frontoffice flow. Look for the header ‘Points of sale’ below ‘Manage’, where you can create a point of sale with a ‘Mandatory voucher flow’. Provide the shop with an appropriate name, for example: Voucher shop.
Step 2: Configuring the Front office flow
When you create the point of sale, you need to select ‘Without account and with mandatory voucher’ below ‘Frontoffice flow’.
Step 3: Activating point of sale
You’ve created a point of sale in the previous steps. Now this outlet needs to be activated for the event before it can be used. Select the event, and go to ‘Point of sale’ in the light grey bar (not the dark grey one), and then tick the correct point of sale box. Don’t forget to click ‘Save changes’.
Step 4: Creating the products you want to offer in the voucher point of sale.
Now the point of sale is created, you need to create products for which the vouchers will be valid. Select the event under ‘Manage’. Now you can create products under ‘Products’.
Note: If you have already created products you want to offer in the voucher point of sale, you only need to activate the point of sale.
It is mandatory to complete some fields when you create the product, namely:
- Product name
- Minimum and maximum per order
- Use new pool (capacity)
Note: After creating the products it will still be possible to adjust the product name, product subheading, minimum and maximum per customer per order and the pool. However, if the ticket sales have already started you can only adjust the pool.
You have activated the point of sale in the previous step, which means that the created product can now be linked to the point of sale.
If all required fields are filled in, this step will be finished by clicking ‘Create product’ or ‘Save changes’.
Step 5: Creating voucher codes
Now the products are created it’s necessary to generate codes. There are a few possibilities concerning the codes:
- Generic voucher codes: a code that can be used several times
- Unique voucher codes: several codes that can only be used once

Step 6: Creating a voucher group.
You can create a voucher group under ‘Vouchers’ when the event is selected. Enter a name for the voucher group and select ‘Add voucher group’. The added voucher group is now visible in the list.
Step 7: Setting up the voucher group
By clicking on the previously made voucher group, you will be directed to a page where you can adjust settings for the voucher group. Several aspects are important when setting up a voucher group.
For linking generic voucher codes, select ‘Add’. You can upload a list with unique codes using a CSV file if you have one.
Linking products and point of sale
Select the (discounted) products under ‘Product’ and fill in the minimum and maximum per order.
Note: The minimum and maximum here only applies to the product.
If ‘No maximum availability’ is selected, the code will be available indefinitely. If you don’t want this, you can fill in how many times the code can be used next to ‘Maximum availability’.

Finally, enter the minimum and maximum per order. Note: The minimum and maximum here applies to the whole order. Then click ‘Save changes’.
