The products you’ve created within the event will appear chronologically in the Backoffice. It might well be that this looks cluttered or you prefer otherwise. By adjusting a view order you can determine yourself in which order the products are displayed both in the Frontoffice (shop) and in the sales dashboard. You can adjust the view order to your liking. This guide provides a step-by-step explanation on how you can adjust that.

Step 1: Selecting the event
Select the required event under ‘Manage’.
Step 2: Selecting the product(s)
Next, select ‘Products’ and click on the product for which you want to set the viewing order. The viewing order should be set for each product individually.
Step 3: Adjusting view order
You can adjust the view order by using numbers. This works in an ascending way. Fill in a number next to ‘Viewing order’. The product you would like to appear at the top should receive the number 1. The next product will then receive the number 2, etc.
Note: Fill in the ‘Viewing order’ for each product. If you don’t, the products without a number will appear at the top.
Step 4: Checking the Frontoffice
By using ‘Preview’ you can then check whether the adjusted ‘Viewing order’ is correct. The ‘Preview’ function allows you to walk through the Frontoffice just as the customer sees it.
