Are you looking for more interaction with your fans? To motivate a call to action? Then the confirmation banner is for you. The confirmation banner is a banner that your fan sees on the confirmation page of your Frontoffice and/or the confirmation email. As such, it can be used to translate your branding to your shop, or for upsell or cross-sell purposes. For example:
Step 1: Select the event
Go to ‘manage’ and then select the event you would like to add a confirmation banner to.
Step 2: Advanced Settings
Go to ‘Advanced Settings’. Scroll down until you reach the section ‘Banner upload’. Click on ‘Choose file’.
Note: the image can be a maximum of 60kb and have dimensions of 730 by 100 pixels (.JPG of .GIF)
The banner can link to a specific URL (optional). As soon as someone clicks on the banner, they will be redirected to the URL added in the settings.
Finally, specify where the confirmation banner can be displayed. Add the location(s) in one or more of the following:
- Confirmation page of the Frontoffice
- Confirmation email
Don’t forget to save your changes by clicking on ‘Save changes’. Your fans will now see a banner with your unique branding!
