You can find the real-time scan statistics of the operation in the reports dashboard. In the backoffice, go to the event → scanning → operations and click on ‘View Report’ on the right side of the operation.
The scan reports dashboard is designed so you can see live statistics. However, for you to be able to see these scans live in the Backoffice, the scan devices need to be connected to the internet. In case your scan device is online, you can connect the device to the internet when possible. When connected to the internet the scans are automatically pushed to the Backoffice.
On the left side of the scan dashboard, you will see numerous filter options. It is possible to suit the scan statistics to your needs. Select the desired options and click ‘add’ to active them. Default settings only show successful scans using a 30-minute interval.
You can find information in the graphs about scans per interval, cumulative scans in a set period, scans per product (which quickly displays the show - no show ratio per product and in total), and the statistics for the entrance groups, entrances, and scanning users. You can zoom in the graphs by clicking on a specific interval and dragging it across a specific period. More details can be viewed by importing the information on the graph by downloading a CSV file. This can be done by clicking the icon in the top right corner of each graph.
There is also the possibility to download a report with the personal data of the attended visitors. The report is called Event Attendance List and can be downloaded in the Backoffice.
In the Backoffice, go to ‘Reports’, then to ‘Custom’. Here you can search for the ‘Event Attendance List’. After clicking on the Event Attendance List, you choose the event for which you want to download the report. The start date can be set on the date and time the event opened its doors and started scanning, and the end date could be set a day after the event ended just to be sure. On the right side, you can choose the output of the report. Click on download.
