Personalization allows you to find out who your fans are. In addition to the data of the ticket buyers, you can use this feature to map all visitors to your event. This not only provides unique insights but also offers the opportunity to create or supplement a valuable database with fan profiles.
Because the personalization process takes place after the purchasing process, it does not influence conversion or the ordering of the tickets in your ticket shop. After placing the order, your fan will receive a confirmation and a request to personalize their ticket(s). You can personalize (name) tickets at any time between purchase and the event.
Once all tickets have been registered, the main buyer will receive all tickets and (if desired) can distribute them.
It is also possible to have each ticket personalized by the individual fan themselves through our Send to Friend module. Send to Friend provides the advantage that each individual fan must agree to the conditions with which you create an actionable database that you can use for marketing purposes.
