The confirmation email is the email that fans receive confirming the order they have completed just before. This is your chance to thank, inform, or otherwise address fans by adding a confirmation text.
Step 1: Select the desired event
Step 2: Activate confirmation email
Under "Event settings" go-to "fulfillment settings". Now tick the box behind the option "Add extra information ... of the order" under the heading "fulfillment types".
A new header "Additional information in the confirmation email" will appear at the bottom of the page with two text fields.
Step 3: Add text
Now you can add text in one or both fields that appear in the confirmation email to the fan. It is possible to add text in two places in the confirmation email.
- Summary text of the order: In the confirmation email, this text will appear under the option to download the ticket (see example below).
- Additional information text: In the confirmation email, this text will appear below the information about the content of the order (see example below).

Step 4: Determine the target group for text
At the bottom of the page, select whether the text should also be added to the confirmation email of business to business invoices and guest list orders by ticking the box or leaving it empty.
Then click on the "Save Changes" button to make the changes.
