By choosing not to send out an E-ticket when purchasing a product, you increase the features you can use within our system. When using this feature, no barcode is generated for this product.
In practice, this can be useful in a number of ways. For example, when you choose to sell merchandise in your shop; or to offer your fans the opportunity to make a donation without receiving a ticket and barcode. It is also valuable when you work with combo products and do not want to send a ticket with the main product.
This manual describes step by step how to set this up yourself.
Step 1: Select the desired event
Go to 'Manage', after which the desired event can be selected.
Step 2: Select the desired product
If no products have been created yet, you can find out how to do this here.
Step 3: Check "Do not generate barcodes" in the product group
Note: When a product is created without a barcode, it cannot be added later either.
Note: The product is displayed like other products in the reporting.
Note: When ticket buyers only purchase a product without E-ticket, no download button will appear in the confirmation email.
