A goal funnel for the Paylogic shop

To correctly set up a Goal Funnel for a Paylogic shop, you need to follow the steps below.

Step 1: Create a new goal
Step 2: Custom goal configuration
Step 3: Goal description name + type
Step 4.1 General funnel for all shops
The steps within a Goal Funnel are based on the pages of the Paylogic shop, which can also differ per shop.
This combines all shops together so you see the funnel progression as a whole for all shops combined.

Goal Details

  1. Destination > Regular
  2. Expression: &order_state=completed
  3. Required: No

Funnel Steps

  1. Tickets: (.*)/tickets
  2. Add-Ons: (.*)/addons
  3. Shopping Cart: (.*)/shopping-cart
  4. Checkout: (.*)/checkout

4.2 Goal funnel per event/show

The steps within a Goal Funnel are based on the pages of the Paylogic shop, which can also differ per shop. You can also create a goal funnel per event/show by specifying the funnel by event ID. A step name in the Paylogic shop is the same as the page name in the URL, see the highlighted yellow section below. Below is an example for event ID 123456 and Point of Sale ID 12345.

Step 5: Enable e-commerce tracking (recommended)

We recommend enabling e-commerce tracking. This makes it possible to see the contents of orders in Google Analytics (order amount, conversions, product name, etc.).

To enable this, go to Administration, then under the header E‑commerce settings you can switch this on.
