Activate Secureswap for your event

Secureswap is a feature that has been set up by Paylogic in cooperation with TicketSwap in order to make the resale of tickets 100% reliable. When a ticket buyer sells a ticket via TicketSwap, the old barcode will be canceled and the buyer automatically receives a new barcode. The personal data of the buyer will also be saved, which is an additional benefit for you, as you collect more data about your visitors. This guide provides a step-by-step explanation on how to active SecureSwap in the Back office.
1: Activating TicketSwap on event level

1.1 Go to ‘Manage’, where the right event can be selected.

1.2 Select ‘Point of sale’ and click on ‘Third Party’. You can tick ‘TicketSwap’ here, which will allow you to link that point of sale to products in the next step.

2: Activating TicketSwap on product level

2.1 Click on ‘Products’ when the steps above have been completed.

2.2 Then select the product for which TicketSwap needs to be activated.
2.3 Go to ‘Sold in points of sale’, click on ‘Third Party’ after which you can select ‘TicketSwap’.

Note: By activating Secureswap as an organisation you generate more personal data about the final buyer.
