Add Guest

Add Guest

Our classic guest list feature contains many steps and is designed for clients who want to send multiple and large lists of guest list tickets. This new feature 'Add Guest'  is primarily designed for when you want to add last minute names (possibly with or without an email address) to the guest list. 'Add Guest' is a mobile friendly way to create individual guest list orders with a minimum number of clicks.

Want to take advantage of the feature? Then contact your Client Success Manager so the feature can be activated. Then follow these steps:

  1. Go to 'Manage' at the top and select the desired event.
  2. Activate the point of sale Guest List (you can skip this step if the point of sale is already activated)
    1. Go to 'Sales configuration' in the event and click on the 'Create new sale' button.
    2. Select 'Guest List' as the channel.
  3. Add the products to the Guest List through the sales configuration.
  4. In the gray column on the left, go to 'Add Guest'.
  5. Set the appropriate settings for the channel and language. You can always change these settings later.
  6. Check or uncheck the 'Allow orders without email' option of your choice.
  7. Note: If you enable this feature and add guests without an email address, the guest will not receive e-tickets.
  8. Now enter the guest's information.
  9. Choose the correct product and select the quantity.
  10. Ready? Click on "Add guest".
