This article explains how to adjust the sales period of your event.
If you want to extend or shorten the ticket sales for your event, you can adjust the period accordingly.
1. Go to 'Events' and select the desired event.
2. Go to 'Settings' and then 'Sales periods'.
3. Adjust the sales period to the desired dates.
4. Click 'Save changes'.
If you have configured a specific sales period per ticket shop, also follow the steps below.
1. Within the event, go to 'Sales configuration'.
2. Select the desired ticket shop.
3. Click the black 'Edit' button.
4. Adjust the start and end date of your ticket shop.
5. Click 'Save changes'.
Adjusting the sales period of a product
1. Follow the steps below to adjust the sales period.
2. Go to 'Events' and select the desired event.
3. From 'Settings', go to 'Sales periods'.
4. Adjust the general sales period of the product. If the configured period does not include the current date, the product will not be visible in the ticket shop.
5. Click the pink 'Save changes' button.
Note: The sales period of a product must fall within the general sales period of the event. You can find the general sales period at the top of the page.
