Adjusting the sales periods of your products and event(s)

Adjusting the sales period of your event

If you want to extend or shorten the sale of tickets for your event, you can adjust the period for this.
  1. Go to 'Manage' and select the desired event.
  2. Navigate to 'Sales Periods'.
  3. Adjust the sales period to the desired dates.
  4. Click 'Save Changes'.
If you have set a specific sales period per ticket shop, follow the steps below:
      5. In the event, go to 'Sales Configuration'.
      6. Select the desired ticket shop.
      7. Click on the black button 'Edit'.
      8. Adjust the start and end dates of your ticket shop.
      9. Click 'Save Changes.'

Adjusting the sales period of a product

  1. Go to 'Manage' and select the desired event.
  2. Navigate to 'Sales Periods.'
  3. Adjust the general sales period of the product. If the set period does not fall in the present, the product will not be visible in the ticket shop.
Note: The sales period of a product must fall within the general sales period of the event. You can find the general sales period at the top of the page.
      4. Click the pink button 'Save changes'.
