Adjusting the sales periods of your products and events

Adjust the sales period for your event:

If you want to extend or shorten ticket sales for your event, you can adjust the period for this.
1. Go to ‘Events’ and select the desired event.
2. Go to ‘Settings’ and then ‘Sales periods’.
3. Adjust the sales period to the desired dates. 
4. Click on ‘Save changes’.

If you have set a specific sales period per ticket shop, also follow the steps below.
1. Within the event, go to ‘Sales configuration’.
2. Select the desired ticketshop.
3. Click on the black ‘Edit’ button.
4. Adjust the start and end date of your ticketshop.
5. Click ‘Save changes’.

Adjust the sales period of a product.
1. Follow the steps below to adjust the sales period. 
2. Go to ‘Events’ and select the desired event.
3. Go to ‘Sales periods’ via ‘Settings’.
4. Adjust the general sales period of the product. If the set period does not fall in the present, the product is not visible in the ticketshop.
5. Click the pink ‘Save changes’ button.    

Warning
Note: The sales period of a product must fall within the general sales period of the event. You can find the general sales period at the top of the page.
