Alternative event name for E-Ticket

In this article, you will learn step-by-step how to ensure that long event names or titles do not extend beyond the barcode area of a template. Previously, you would receive a notification in the back office stating that the name was too long.

When opting to send e-tickets, templates are often used to communicate event details, such as date or location, in a branded way to fans.
  1. Go to 'Dashboard' and click on the event for which you want to add the e-tickets.
  2. In the left sidebar, go to 'Settings' and then 'Advanced Settings'.
  3. Under 'Advanced Settings', you can enter the alternative event name for the e-ticket.Here, you can input a longer alternative event name for the e-ticket without receiving an error message in the back office.
  4. Click 'Save Changes' at the bottom.
