Assign PIN Terminal to Ticketware
This article explains step by step how to assign the pin terminal to Ticketware. With a pin terminal linked to your event it is possible to sell tickets at the door on location. If the transaction is successful, a ticket is printed immediately on the spot, this eliminates the need to hire an external party.
Ticketware setup
- Turn on the pin terminals. Connect the terminal to the internet.
- After the terminal is connected to the Internet, in the back office, go to 'Ticketware' > 'Terminals' > 'Link payment terminal'.
- Enter the pairing name, which is on the terminal and enter the unique pairing code that is on the pin terminal.
- After this terminal appears in the list, select this terminal
- Select the account for the terminal.
- Now the terminal is connected to the account.

Printing Ticketware hardcopy entrance tickets
- Open the Paylogic Ticketware application on the checkout screen.
- Log in with the username and password created in the back office. Note on each device use a separate log in!
- Select the Dutch flag at the top right
- Select the template
- Select the right ticket, with + and - you choose the quantity, click on 'Buy'.
- Then click on 'Payment card
- The amount appears on the terminal, the visitor can now pay
- If the payment is successful, the ticket is printed

The pin terminal accepts the following payment methods: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa & Amex. Here it does not matter whether you use a physical card here, or a service like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut etc.
