Bring supply and demand together by launching your own Waiting List environment

Bring supply and demand together by launching your own Waiting List environment

Introduction
Through our Waiting List, See Tickets customers can provide a space where fans who missed out on regular sales for a sold-out event or product can register. Fans who, for various reasons, can no longer attend the event can then offer their tickets for sale on the waiting list. Fans without tickets who have registered on the Waiting List are then matched based on the available supply.

Supply and demand

This way, supply and demand are brought together in a safe manner. Offering tickets does not guarantee a sale. The selling fan will only receive their purchase amount back if a match

is made with a buyer and that buyer pays for the tickets after the match.

Registration

The Waiting List is similar to a shop environment, however, a fan signs up as interested instead of immediately checking out. All registrations are stored in our back office, allowing for a target group to be searched for a match based on the supply.

Benefits

Safe space for your fans

The own channels are central to the online fan journey. Through an own solution that aligns with the brand identity, organizers can provide a secure place where visitors can buy and sell 100% validated tickets.

Fraud

No fraud and no scalping (money is refunded to the same account used for payment).

Revenue secondary

Through an own solution, organizers can draw the entire secondary market to themselves and implement their own revenue model to increase profitability.

Revenue per visitor (upsell)

By purchasing tickets through their own channels, organizers can leverage the benefits of MyOrder, including greater visibility of the upsell section in MyOrder. This stimulates sales and increases the average revenue per visitor.

Data

Generate valuable additional data about the own fan community that would normally be lost. By collecting registrations on the Waiting List, organizers build a first-party database with "hot leads." The data remains fully under its own control and is not shared with external parties.
