Complete your fan database with personalisation

Complete your fan database with personalisation

Personalisation gives you insight into who your fans are. In addition to the data of ticket buyers, this feature allows you to map out all visitors to your event. This not only provides unique insights, but also offers the opportunity to create or supplement a valuable database of fan profiles.

Because the personalisation process takes place after the purchase process, it does not affect the conversion or the ordering of tickets in your ticketshop. After placing the order, the fan receives a confirmation and a request to personalise the tickets. Personalising tickets can be done at any time between the purchase and the event. Once all tickets have been personalised, the main buyer will receive all tickets to distribute, if applicable.
