Create a Wallet Pass template

Follow these steps to create a Wallet Pass template:

  1. Go to 'Create' in the back office and select 'Wallet Pass'.
  2. Click on 'Create a new wallet pass template'.
  3. Give the wallet pass a memorable name for yourself.
  4. A Wallet Pass template consists of two pass types: Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Let’s start with the Apple Wallet.
  5. Fill in the fields with colors and images to your liking in the Apple Wallet tab to create a template that matches the design of your event.
  6. Explanation of the image fields:

  1. Icon: The image displayed in the notification on the user's iPhone home screen.
  2. Logo: Displayed in the top left corner of the pass.
  3. Thumbnail: Displayed in the middle right of the pass.
  4. Background image: Used as the background for the pass. Note that Apple automatically applies a blur effect to the background image.

      7. Once you have completed the Apple Wallet pass fields, you can proceed to Google Wallet by clicking the 'Next - Google Wallet' button.
      8. Also configure the fields here to match the design of your event and complete the template by clicking 'Create Template'.

Linking Wallet Passes to the Event
  1. Go to the desired event via the 'Dashboard'.
  2. Click on 'Settings' and then go to the 'E-ticket Templates' section.
  3. Select your created Wallet pass under the 'Wallet Pass' box.
  4. Finally, click the pink 'Save Changes' button.
