Create a Wallet Pass template
In the backoffice go to ‘Ticket Templates’ and select ‘Wallet Pass’.
Click ‘Create new Wallet Pass template’
A Wallet Pass template consists of two pass types: Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Let’s start with the Apple Wallet
Configure the fields in the Apple Wallet tab to create a template that matches the design of your event.
Some explanation for the image fields:
Icon: Image that is displayed in the notification on the homescreen of the users iPhone.
Logo: Displayed top left on the pass.
Thumbnail: Displayed in mid-right on the pass.
Background image: Used as background for the pass. Note that Apple automatically applies a blur effect on the background image.
After you have completed the Apple Wallet pass field, you can continue to Google Wallet by clicking on the ‘Next - Google Wallet’ button.
Configure the fields here as well to match the design of your event and complete the template by clicking on ‘Create template’.
