Display recommended products in your shop with Dynamic Shopping
Dynamic Shopping is a handy tool that makes recommended products visible to fans during the purchase process. Below are the steps to set up Dynamic Shopping in your shop.
1. Activate Dynamic Shopping
If you have never used Dynamic Shopping before, or if you are unsure whether it is enabled for you, please contact your Client Success Manager.
2. Configure product recommendations
Based on the selected products in the ticket shop, recommended products can be shown. For example, if a fan chooses a Friday ticket in the shop, relevant products such as a Friday parking ticket will be shown later in the process.
Go to 'Sales Configuration' in the event where you want to apply Dynamic Shopping.
Select the sales channel where you want to apply Dynamic Shopping.
Click on the three-dot icon (located to the far right of the product name) at the product level and select 'edit recommendations'.
A submenu with a search bar will appear. In the search bar, you can select recommended products for the product you are currently editing. Add a recommended product by ticking the products and clicking 'Add Recommendations'.
Go through steps 3 and 4 for all products that should have recommended products. Then, test in the shop to see if the connection is made.
TIP: In the shop, it is always possible to display all products instead of the selection of recommended products. You can do this by clicking on the 'Show All Products' button in the shop at the top left.
