Donation at checkout

Donation at checkout

In this article you can read how the donation feature works, and how you can activate it for your event.

There is now an option to let the fan make a donation during checkout. This new option makes it easy for your audience to contribute to the mission and projects of your organization.

  1. In the event, under Sales configuration, click the desired sales channel.

  2. At the bottom under 'Advanced settings' you will find the option 'Donation during checkout'. Tick this checkbox.

  3. After this, you can add the title and description (optional).

Info

Please note: the options shown to the fan are pre-set. They can choose a fixed amount of €1, €5 and €10, but there is also an option to enter a custom amount. This option is completely free to fill in.
