Give preference to different payment methods by setting a minimum amount

To sell tickets for your event, it is possible to set restrictions on the available payment methods. This is possible based on a minimum and/or maximum purchase amount. For example, it can be useful to show the payment methods with a high chargeback risk only from a certain minimum amount.

1. Select the desired event. 

2. Go to "Manage" and click on "Payment methods" in the light gray column on the left.

3 Enter a minimum and/or maximum for the desired payment method.

In the example below MasterCard is activated with a minimum amount of €40. When a fan wants to pay an order with a purchase amount which is lower than €40, the payment method will not be available. If the purchase amount is higher than €40 the payment method will be available.
