Know who your visitors are with Send to Friend

Where previously the main booker was responsible for personalising all tickets, the main booker can now send his or her friends a personalisation request via Send to Friend. You can decide whether personalisation of tickets is mandatory or not. This results in more accurate fan data and makes it possible for each unique visitor to individually agree to the conditions surrounding the use of his or her personal data for marketing purposes through a marketing opt-in. When personalisation is mandatory, the result is not only a complete and accurate insight into who your visitors are, but also valuable and usable fan data!
Send to Friend is a connecting feature, and is only possible if personalisation is activated.
The Send to Friend module also has advantages for fans. It reduces the amount of information that needs to be filled in by the main booker. After individual personalisation, the tickets are then sent out immediately, or later via delayed fulfilment, to the event's final visitors. Changing the name on a personalised ticket is still possible afterwards via our well-known Ticket Transfer module.
