Now enable your fans to rebook and/or upgrade tickets using the change module
It is common for a ticket buyer to want to rebook their tickets, for example, to a different day, time slot, price category, or another event. Through our change module, we now offer ticket buyers a solution to rebook and/or upgrade their tickets.
Benefits
- Providing a self-sufficient solution for ticket rebooking, saving time and costs in Customer Service;
- Allowing self-rebooking increases the sense of control for the ticket buyer, positively impacting fan experience;
- Organizers can implement a new revenue model by facilitating the sale of upgrades (e.g., marketing campaigns focused on upgrading to VIP).
How does it work for the ticket buyer?
- After placing an order, the ticket buyer receives a confirmation email with a link providing access to MyOrder. MyOrder is the central page where a buyer can manage their order.
- On this page, a button "Change Products" is displayed. If the buyer selects it, they can indicate which products they want to change.
- The buyer then chooses the event for which they want to use their credit, after which they are redirected to the shop.
- In the shop, they select the new products, and the credit from the original order is deducted from the new total amount.
- The buyer completes the new order, and the products selected for change in the original order are canceled.
