Opt-in/opt-outs

Opt-in/opt-outs

Keep fans updated with the latest news or want to store data? Utilize custom and various opt-ins!

By using opt-ins, fans can consent to subscribing to a newsletter, storing their data, or receiving information that you, as an organization, want to share with them. You can define and customize the content of the opt-in itself.
If fans agree to the opt-in, they give their approval to be included in promotional communications directed at them. You can set the opt-in for all events within the account or create a separate opt-in for each event.

1.Activating the opt-in at the Merchant level

Go to the backoffice and navigate to Merchant - Default Event Settings - Other.

You can also add an opt-in text here. Save the settings afterward.

2. Activating the opt-in at the event level

Go to the event and navigate to Settings - Advanced Settings - Privacy Settings.

3. If you want to set up more than 2 opt-ins

you can do this through the Marketing Data within the event: Settings - Marketing Data- Event marketing opt-in.
