Preview module to see the ticketshop in advance
It may happen that you make changes to your ticket shop while the URL has already been shared and the countdown clock is visible. Through the preview module, you can still check the effect of the changes you’ve made.
Follow the steps below to use the preview function:
- Go to 'Dashboard' and select the desired event.
- In the left sidebar, click on ‘Preview’.
- Select the ticket shop you want to preview.
- Choose the date and time you want to simulate. For example, if a new batch of tickets goes live on December 1 at 12:00 PM, enter that date and time to check if your settings for the new tickets are correct.
- Click the pink ‘Preview’ button.
Optionally, click the black ‘Open in new window’ button to view the screen in full screen.
