Preview module to see the ticketshop in advance

It may happen that you still make changes to your ticketshop while the URL is already shared and the countdown timer is visible. Through the preview module, it is still possible to check the effect of the applied changes.

Follow the steps below to use the preview function.

  1. Go to 'Manage' and select the desired event.
  2. In the gray column, go to 'Preview'.
  3. Select the ticket shop you want to preview.
  4. Select the date and time you want to simulate. Suppose a new batch of tickets goes online on December 1, 12:00 noon, enter this date and time to verify that your settings for the new tickets are correct.
  5. Click the pink 'Preview' button.
  6. If necessary, click the black 'Open in new window' button to view the screen in full-screen view
