Protecting your user account with two-step verification

With two-step authentication(Two Factor Authentication / 2FA), we ensure that data is better protected and stored. After entering a username and password, you are asked for a unique 6-digit code generated by an authentication app of your choice, for example: Microsoft authenticator, Google authenticator or 1Pass.

Set up two-step verification

  1. Go to your account settings via this link or the icon at the top right.
  2. Click "Manage 2FA" and then "Create a one-time password.
  3. Open your authentication app on your phone, or download Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or 1Pass from the Apple or Android app store.
  4. Scan the QR code displayed in the Back Office with the authentication app.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code in the "One-time password" field and click "Confirm.

You have now set up 2FA for your account. The 6-digit code will be prompted once every 24 hours or when changing IP address and browser session.
