Send guestlist tickets

In Backoffice, it is possible to send tickets in this way using the Guestlist function.

1. Select the desired event

2. Activate the Guestlist sales channel in the sales configuration
- add the products you want to send out using the guest list to this channel
- make sure the channel is published

3. Create a new Guestlist and fill in all fields
Specify all the details of the guest list. The following fields are required to be entered:

  • Guestlist Name

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Bundle E-tickets, if this checkbox is selected the tickets will be merged into one file in case multiple tickets are sent through the guest list.

4. Select the products and send them out.
