Send out multiple tickets at the same time via the guest list tool
Via the guestlist tool, it is possible to provide a complete list of tickets by importing a . CSV file. Read all about it below.
1. Select the desired event.
2. Go to the event setup and select guestlist.
3. Choose 'import with assigned products' and download the sample template.
4. Fill in the columns of the sample template correctly.
Use the following abbreviation for man/female and bundled shipping:
Gender man: M / Gender female: F
Bundled to: 1/ Bundled from: 0
5. Upload the .csv file in the Backoffice and give the guestlist a name.
6. Select the column names.
First name, last name, e-mail and at least one product are required to be indicated.
7. Save this new profile for future use if required.
8. Set the e-mail as desired and send the guest list.
