Send multiple tickets at once via the guest list
Via the guest list it is possible to provide a complete list of guests with tickets by importing a .CSV file. Read below how it works.
- Select the desired event.
- Go to 'Guest list' via 'Tools'.
- Click 'Batch guest lists' at the top and then click the pink button 'Create new guest list'.
- Open the 3rd/bottom section 'Create from a spreadsheet with products' and then click 'Download an example in .xlsx format'
- Check whether the columns from your template match.
- Upload the CSV file into the backoffice and give your guest list a name.
- Select the column names/products that match the columns in the file.
- Configure the email as desired and send the guest list.

Use the following abbreviations for Male/Female:
Gender male: M / Gender female: F
Bundled to: 1 / Bundled from: 0

Use the following abbreviations for the column 'Separate e-tickets':
Bundled from: 0
Send via ZIP file: 1

First name, last name, email and at least one product are required.

Note: the subject of the email is required.

Do you still get an error message? If you want to download a sample sheet, you can click 'Show how a spreadsheet with products must be structured'. A sample file will then be downloaded where you can see how the settings should be configured.
