Send out tickets at a later time

With the 'Delayed fulfillment' option, you can set up the system to send out e-tickets at a later time instead of immediately after an order is placed. This can be useful when you want to add e-ticket designs at a later time, but also prevents tickets for your event from ending up on resale platforms at higher prices.

Please note: Sending out tickets later is an advanced setting that can confuse buyers if used incorrectly. If in doubt, please contact us first so we can provide you with appropriate advice.

1. Go to 'Manage' and select the desired event.

2. In the grey bar, go to 'Fulfillment settings'.

3. Under the 'Delayed fulfillment' heading, check the 'Enabled' checkbox.

4. Next, under 'Fulfillment date', enter the desired date when the e-tickets should be sent. Note: Enter the event start date here at the latest. Tickets will be sent right at midnight on this date.

5. Click on 'Save changes'.
