Sending Large (B2B) Orders via Invoice

Sending Large (B2B) Orders via Invoice

For large bookings for businesses and other entities, it is desirable to send the invoice before the payment is made. In this article, you will learn how to create an invoice for a group booking.

Follow the steps below to send a B2B order:
1. Go to 'Manage' and select the event.
2. Look for 'B2B Orders' in the gray bar and click on it.
3. Click on 'Create and Send Invoice'.
4. Select the quantity of one or more products that should be included on the invoice.
5. Fill in the required fields with the recipient's invoice details.
6. After filling in the recipient's details, there are some additional options:
  1. Invoice payment due date: This is the due date mentioned on the invoice.
  2. Invoice cancellation date: The date on which the order will be canceled if no payment is received.
  3. Reseller selects payment method: Select 'True' if the recipient can choose an online payment method. Select 'False' if the payment must be made via bank transfer.
  4. Sales: Select the channel (ticket shop) through which the invoice can be paid.
  5. Use personalization: Check this if you wish to personalize the tickets. Note that this may not always be desirable for large orders.
7. Finally, click on 'Save Changes' to send the invoice.

TIP: If you want to send invoices just before the start of your event, choose 'True' for payment methods in step 6 to ensure timely payment. Allow at least 5 working days processing time for bank transfers.
