Set up a service fee for the buyer

On top of the ticket price, as a seller, you can also charge service fees. This can be specified at both the product and order levels. Note: Ticket prices are always displayed including service fees when charged. If you choose service fees per order, it will be shown separately from the ticket price.

1. Go to your event.
2. Go to ‘Settings’.
3. Go to the ‘service fees’ heading.
4. Under the ‘Front office’ tab, you can set the following:
  1. Fixed service fee per product
  2. Fixed service fee per order
  3. Percentage service fee per order.
5. Click on ‘Save changes’.

It is also possible to charge service fees separately per product. To do so, follow the steps below.

1. Go to the ‘Products’ tab and click the pink ‘Edit fees’ button to add separate service costs per product. If you do not enter anything, the amount from steps 1 to 4 will automatically be charged.
2. Click on ‘Save changes’.
