Set additional product fees

Set additional product fees

Apart from the ticket price and service fee, it may be necessary to charge additional costs, for example tourist tax or a deposit. With the custom fee solution, additional costs can be added separately per product, and these are shown in a clear way both to the consumer and on the settlement invoice.

Creating fee profiles
  1. Go to the 'Merchant' section and click 'Financial settings' and then 'Service fees'.
  2. Click 'Custom fee'.
  3. Fill in the fields Name and Fee as desired and also determine the tax rate that should be applied.
Info
Note: The fee amount is incl. VAT and the specified rate is only used for the invoice to the consumer, if VAT invoices are enabled.

Assigning fees to a ticket
In addition to the regular service fee, it is possible to add up to three custom fees to a product.

  1. Go to 'Dashboard' and click the event to which you want to apply the custom fee(s).
  2. Go to 'Products' and then to 'Product fee settings'.
  3. Click 'Edit fees' and in the 'Custom service fees' column (right-hand side) select the fee(s) you want to apply that you have just created.
  4. After selecting the fee, click the plus icon to confirm. Don’t forget to save the changes.
