The payout overview, managing your liquidity

As an organizer, it's important to understand how your cash flow will develop in the short term. The "Current credit and payout" overview provides insight into this.

1. Go to Reports and navigate to Financial.
2. Select "Current credit and payout".
Below are the different headings and information explained.
  1. Current credit: The amount SeeTickets has currently received.
  2. Next payout: The amount expected to be paid out at the next payout.
  3. Last payout: The amount paid out at the last payout.
  4. Payout per event: Further specification per event of the payout.
The PDF invoice accompanying each payout is the official statement of the payout and remains authoritative. Amounts may vary.

Ticketing Income Statement
A Ticketing Income Statement (TIS) is a comprehensive overview of all income for an event. This includes ticket sales, transaction fees, service fees, shipping costs, and any discounts. In a TIS, you'll also find what has been paid out by See Tickets based on different sales channels. In a TIS, you have not only the complete overview but also multiple tabs where the amounts are specified:
  1. Tickets: Contains the quantities sold per product, refunds, and chargebacks
  2. Transaction fees: Costs charged per payment method, including refunds and chargebacks
  3. Service fees: Service fees received and paid to See Tickets, including refunds and chargebacks
  4. Vouchers and donations: Total number of issued vouchers and received donations
An automatic TIS does not include amounts that have not yet been paid out. However, we can adjust this to include amounts that have not been paid out yet.

You can find your TIS in the Backoffice under financial reports.
