Create access code(s) for voucher shop

For your ticketshop, place a voucher code that allows people exclusive access to your ticketshop. Caution! This product will then not be visible to other buyers without the exclusive code.

Create a voucher group

  1. Go to 'Manage' and click on the desired event.
  2. In the gray column on the left, go to 'Vouchers'.
  3. Give your new voucher group a name.
  4. Select 'Entry voucher' as the voucher group type.
  5. Click on the pink button 'Add voucher group'.
  6. Click on your just created voucher group.
  7. Add your voucher codes. This can be done in two ways.
  • Manually: click on the pink 'add' button and enter your own voucher codes 1 by 1.
  • CVS file: upload your own CVS file or use this tool to create voucher codes.

Select the products
  1. Select the product for which these voucher codes should work
  2. Choose the minimum and or maximum number of tickets per order for this specific product
  3. Want to add multiple products? Then click the green 'Add another' button.
  4. Specify the start and end date of when the voucher codes are valid and can be entered.
  5. Deselect 'No maximum availability' and enter the maximum availability of the voucher codes (how many times a voucher code can be used).
Only select 'No maximum availability' if the voucher code(s) can be used unlimited times.
  1. Choose the minimum and/or maximum number of tickets per order.
  2. Click 'Save changes.

Link your voucher group to your ticketshop
  1. In the 'Event settings' go to 'Sales configuration'.
  2. Select your desired ticketshop.
  3. Click on the black 'Edit' button.
  4. Click on the drop down menu 'Advanced Settings'.
  5. Check your voucher group.
  6. Click the pink 'Save changes' button.
This is an important step because otherwise the ticket can be seen by other ticket buyers without a voucher code.
Prepare your product(s) for the admission voucher.
  1. In the 'Event settings' go to 'Sales periods'.
  2. Put the product(s) in the past tense. Example: starts at 'yesterday' and ends at 'yesterday'.
