View daily statistics in the event dashboard

Each event has its own dashboard to see the number of tickets sold, revenue generated, and capacities still to be sold at once. To do this, go to the event of your choice via 'Manage', and view the data here in the event dashboard.
There are several customisable filter and display options. These are saved in your account and the preferred view is shown by default.

Product types
By default all product types of the event are shown and customisable as required. Not using different product types yet? Then read this article and decide which category each product should belong to.

Statistics
Block 1 - Periodic numbers
- Displays periodic sales numbers and sold ticket value based on the product type filter that is chosen. The sold ticket value is based on the ticket price only and does not calculate any additional fees or discounts.
The different filter options are: Last hour - Last 24 hours - Today - Last 7 days - Last 30 days

Block 2 - Total numbers
- Displays the total sales numbers and sold value based on the product type filter set. As with block 1, the sold ticket value here is also only based on the ticket price without any additional fees or discounts.
Below the total sales numbers and revenue, the total remaining capacity is based on the selected product type that is chosen.

Block 3 - Credit and payout
Displays the current balance for the event and the estimated payout for the event at the next payout.
Due to the payout delay, it is not guaranteed that the current balance will be included entirely in the next payout.
