Where and how to read the sales dashboard

Would you like to gain insight into your sales in our Backoffice? It is possible to gain insight into sales by product and pool.

Sales dashboard
  1. Click on your desired event.
  2. Navigate left in the bar to reports-> Sales dashboard
  3. Here you can see all the sales data for your pools and the corresponding products.

The Sales Dashboard was created to see the statistics of all your events. Using filters, you can customise the statistics to your liking. On the left side of the bar, you have several filters you can apply.

  1. Events: Currently, 1 event is selected. If you want several events in one overview, you can. Simply look up additional events in the bar and that way you can start comparing.
  2. Products: By default, all active products are set to be visible in the dashboard. You can disable some products as you wish by selecting only the products to your liking.
  3. Pools: Here you can do exactly the same as ‘products’ but over an entire pool.
  4. Display settings: Here you have the option to add your archived products to the report, as they are automatically removed from the dashboard when you archive them.
  5. Product types: When creating a product, you have the choice between the type of product you create. You can also filter on these different types and then get a report of only entrance tickets, for example.
You can also filter on the header at the top of your screen, ‘Hide columns’. Here you can hide headings you don't think are relevant.
