Your reservations in one dashboard

Introduction

Do you use reservations? Below is how you can easily view the statistics of requests and completed orders through this channel.

Reporting dashboard

Via 'events dashboard', click on 'Reports dashboard' and then view: 'Reservation information'.

On the top left of the webpage, select the 'drop down' button below and choose the fifth option;

All requests and approvals below one another

For each product, the results are shown in an overview. Reservations is mainly used as a separate shop where one can request tickets or

for manually sending tickets by invoice or payment link. For this, the dashboard is the ideal place to track the results at a glance.

Numerous filters possible

In the dashboard, you can find the total number of tickets per product, how many were requested, approved and completed.

On the left-hand side, there are various filter options, for example: a certain period, entry tickets only, a specific point of sale or pool.

There is also an option to add another event to compare.

This allows you to see at a glance how all reservations are going compared to the previous edition, for example.
