Adding different pages in a ticketshop

In addition to entrance tickets, the ticket shop is a great place to offer additional products such as lockers, parking tickets, and merchandise. Follow the steps below to display these separately from the entrance tickets in the ticket shop.

If you haven't created a ticket shop yet, please first refer to this article.

      1. Go to 'Manage' and select the desired event.
      2. Go to 'Sale configuration'.
      3. Select the desired ticketshop and click on the black button 'Edit'.
      4. Under 'Shop layout', select 'Pages'.
      5. Click on 'Save Changes'.
      6. Click on the pink button 'Add Category'.
      7. Give the category a title and select the desired layout. Then, click on 'Create Category'.
      8. Click on the pink button 'add products to sale' and select the category to which they should be added. If you had already added products to your ticketshop, move them to the correct category.
      9. Repeat steps 6 through 8 to add multiple pages with tickets and other products.
