Adding different pages in a ticketshop

In addition to entrance tickets, the ticket shop is a great place to offer additional products such as lockers, parking tickets, and merchandise. Follow the steps below to display these separately from the entrance tickets in the ticket shop.

If you haven't created a ticket shop yet, please first refer to this article.
  1. Go to 'Dashboard' and select the desired event.  
  2. Navigate to 'Sales Configuration'.  
  3. Select the desired ticket shop and click the black 'Edit' button.  
  4. Under 'Shop Layout', select 'Pages'.  
  5. Click on 'Save Changes'.  
  6. In the shop, at the bottom right of the products, click the pink 'Add Category' button.  
  7. Give the category a title and select the desired layout. Then click on 'Create Category'.  
  8. Click on 'Add Products to Sale' and select the category to which they should be added. Alternatively, if you have already added products to your ticket shop, move them to the correct category.  
  9. Repeat steps 6 to 8 to add multiple pages with tickets and other products.
