Become extra flexible with the mobile & simplified Backoffice!
Introduction
Especially for clubs and venues, we have developed a new mobile-friendly Backoffice role!
The Club Mobile Merchant User makes it easy for you as an event organiser to make adjustments
in our Backoffice from location and via phone.
There are fewer settings and functionalities visible which makes the interface clear.
The simplified menu is shown in the picture below
The following functions are included in the Club Mobile role:
Event Dashboard: Get quick access to live stats and monitor your ticket sales from A to Z.
Capacities: Allows you to decide during the event whether to set the sale to 'sold out' or scale up tickets.
Sales periods: Do you want the sale to run longer anyway? Then easily adjust the sales periods.
Guest list: Managing the guest list has never been easier with the new Add Guest option. Add fans,
with or without an e-mail address, in just a few clicks. Orders: Easily look up orders from all your fans by name, order number or email address!
Activate Club Mobile role:
Want to use the new role? Please contact your Client Success Manager so that a new user account can be created.
You will then receive a new user name + a link to create a new password via e-mail.
