Create a new product and add it to a ticket shop

In this article, it is explained how to create a new product and how to add it to a ticket shop.

      1. Go to 'Manage' and select the desired event.
      2. Under 'Event Settings,' navigate to 'Products.'
      3. Click on 'Create New Product.'
      4. Choose the 'Type' of product. The most common is the 'Entrance ticket.'
      5. Fill in the following fields:
  1. Name
  2. Subtitle (optional)
  3. Additional product information (optional - appears under the i in the shop)
  4. Price (including VAT)
  5. Applicable VAT rate
  Tip: The applicable VAT rate is in most cases 9% for event tickets.
      6. Selected the desired pool type. The most common ones are:
  1. Use a new pool - enter the number of available products you want to sell.
  2. Share a pool with an existing product - If the new product needs to be sold with the same capacity as an existing product.
      7. Click at the bottom of the page on 'Create Product' and then optionally select the ticket shop in which you want to display the product.


      8. Combo products - If you wish to automatically add an additional product when purchasing an entrance ticket, you can do so by assigning a combo product.
