Frequently Asked Questions about Data

This article contains a collection of frequently asked questions regarding data.

Can I use email addresses that I have collected in the past and will collect in the future for marketing purposes?
You can use contact information to provide information or updates to your fans, as long as they directly relate to their specific order. By accepting our terms and conditions and/or our privacy policy, the fan has implicitly consented to this. If you wish to use contact information for other purposes, such as promoting a future event, you must obtain explicit consent first.

Make smart use of our opt-in feature by personalizing it to better draw attention to the opt-in opportunity for your fans.
What should I do in the event of a fan request regarding the removal of personal data?
Please forward fan requests regarding information, deletion, and/or anonymization to our Privacy Customer Service Team via privacy@paylogic.com. You can also direct the fan to Paylogic Customer Service. Please note that you must give SeeTickets prior permission via the data processing agreement to directly fulfill the request.
How long will SeeTickets retain the data?
Our processing purposes require us to retain data for a minimum period after an order is placed to properly conclude all financial transactions. Contact us for more information on specific processing times. GDPR requires us to delete the fan's personal information after this period. For now, you are the owner of the data with your organization. Since we do not want to delete data that is valuable to you, we offer the option to indicate in the platform whether data should be automatically deleted or not. If you choose to disable automatic deletion, this is always at your own risk and must be in accordance with your own terms and conditions and/or fan privacy policy.
