It is now also possible to invite your friends via various social apps. Previously, this was only possible by entering a friend's email address.
If you bought many tickets at once, this could be quite a challenge. To improve the user experience, we have now developed a new feature to the existing personalisation flow.
You can now invite your friends directly with a link via, for example, Whatsapp. This makes the personalisation flow even easier for the fan who has to distribute the various tickets.
Send2Friend Social Share is enabled by default and can be used through the current personalisation flow in the MyOrder environment. From now on, fans can choose from these options:
When the friend clicks on the link, you will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your own e-mail address. The friend will then receive an e-mail containing the option to claim/personalise your own ticket.
Share via email: this is the familiar way to invite a friend by email.
