Which information do you request from the ticket buyer?
Research has shown that fewer (mandatory) fields in the checkout process increase conversion rates. Determine how much information you request from your visitors by following the steps in this article.
1. Go to 'Manage'.
2. In the black column, click on 'General Settings', then 'Sales Channels', and select the sales channel.

3. Expand the 'Consumer Fields' tab at the bottom of the page.
4. Modify the fields below according to your preferences.
5. Click on the pink button 'Update Channel'.
Note: The fields first name, last name, email address, and country are mandatory and cannot be disabled.
