Your secondary sales in a single dashboard

Your secondary sales in a single dashboard

Introduction
Are you already using our resale options such as Resale or the Waiting List?
Below is a description of how you can easily view the statistics of sales via these channels.

Reporting dashboard
Via 'events dashboard', click on 'reporting dashboard' and then select view 'secondary ticketing'.

On the top left of the webpage, select the 'drop down' button below and choose the third option;

All resale results
Per feature, the results are shown in an overview.
Secondary ticket sales include Secure Swap from Ticketswap, the Waiting List, the Resale Platform and Name Changes.
As soon as you deploy one or more of these features, the dashboard is the ideal place to track the results.

Numerous filters possible
In the dashboard, you can see which products have been resold, the numbers and through which sales point.
On the left-hand side there are several filter options, for example: a certain period, entry tickets only, a specific point of sale or pool.
There is also an option to add another event to compare.
This allows you to see at a glance how secondary sales are going compared to the previous edition, for example.

Are you currently not using our 'In House' resale options, but are you interested in this?
